These ruby red shoe covers slip over your own shoes and fit most children shoe sizes (up to approximately 6" length and 2" wide). Shoe cover has elastic strap on the bottom to go around the underside of your shoe, and a Velcro closure in the back near the heel. We recommend that you wear these with a relatively sleek style of shoe (they wont fit around tennis shoes). An officially licensed Wizard Of Oz accessory.
