How quickly will my order ship once my order is placed?
All orders placed before 5:00 pm EST will be shipped the same day. All items ordered after 5:00 pm EST will be shipped the following business day. Any order placed on the weekend, or on a holiday, will be shipped the next business day on the calendar. NOTE: Orders that are shipping with our "Budget" shipping option, are not guaranteed to leave our warehouse in any specific time frame, but will be delivered by the assigned guaranteed delivery date.

What do I do if my package is late?
You can do one of two things:
1. If you DO NOT wish to keep the order than please refuse the package if you are home when the delivery is made, this will return the package to us at our costs. If you refuse the package please drop us a quick email at Help@CostumeHub.com letting us know you have done this. If delivery is made when you are not home then please DO NOT open the package and contact us immediately. We will have UPS pick the package up at our costs. If you open the package, then the only costs that will be reimbursed will be the original shipping costs, and you will be responsible for getting the package back to us at your cost. Also note that if the late delivery is due to inclement weather, acts of god, or other uncontrollable situations, and or, is caused by an incorrect address provided by you, then you will be responsible for return shipping if you do not desire to keep the order once delivered.
2. If you DO wish to keep the order, then please contact us immediately and we will refund your original shipping costs as long as the late delivery is due to either a CostumeHub or UPS error.
Where will CostumeHUB.com ship my order?
We will ship your order to any Shipping Address that you provide within the United States. However, please do not list a Post Office Box (PO Box) as UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Boxes and shipment of your order will be delayed. Only our budget and standard shipping options are available to residents of Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and all military bases. There will also be a surcharge applied to Alaskan and Hawaiian addresses due to the increased cost associated with delivering to these states.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
All APO/FPO orders will automatically ship via USPS, and delivery times will be delayed. Currently UPS and FedEx cannot ship to APO and FPO addresses. Consequently, CostumeHub.com does not make any delivery time guarantee.
Orders received by 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed and shipped the same business day. However, please allow an additional 7-10 days for normal USPS delivery regardless of any expedited shipping option you might choose.
How long does it take to receive my package with an APO/FPO address?
The delivery time to APO/FPO addresses varies dramatically. Sometimes delivery can take weeks.
Surcharges for deliveries outside the lower 48 states:
For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii only our Standard and Budget shipping options are available. Also due to the extra costs associated with delivering a package to these states a $14.99 delivery surcharge will be added to the order during checkout. For orders shipping to all other non lower 48 US territories (e.g., Guam, Puerto Rico, military basis, etc.) only our Standard and Budget shipping options are available. Also due to the extra processing that these orders require a $2.99 processing surcharge will be added to the order during checkout.
Is a Signature Required Upon Delivery?
We do not require a signature upon delivery. However, occasionally UPS will require a signature if they deem it unsafe to leave the package unattended at your shipping address. If delivery fails due to the fact that UPS required a signature for delivery (after 3 attempts), and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the order. We suggest checking our online tracking of the package, which will tell you the UPS delivery date, and leaving a note authorizing UPS to leave the package without a signature the morning that delivery is supposed to occur if you believe that they might require a signature and you do not mind them leaving the package unattended at your address.
Refused Shipments, Wrong Addresses and Failed Delivery Attempts:
If you refuse our shipment for any reason, your credit card will be charged for the shipping cost associated with returning the costume to us. If UPS makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts, your credit card will be charged for the shipping cost associated with returning the costume to us, and your original shipping cost will also not be refunded. If you provide an invalid address (including an incomplete address - you must provide a business name if shipping to a business or a suite / floor number if shipping location is not a single standing building), your credit card will be charged for the cost associated with UPS making the address correction. The extra cost related to any of these three occurrences will never exceed $10.00.

NOTE: Delays caused by customs, or other situations which are out of our control (weather, acts of god, etc.) are not covered by the guarantee, and your shipping will not be reimbursed if a delay occurs due to these situations. Almost all packages clear customs without a problem or delay.

Import Duties and Taxes:
We take care of everything for you, making shopping and checkout with CostumeHub.com easy and worry free. We calculate all import duties and taxes during checkout based on the shipping zip code and province you provide, and display this amount to you upon the final order review page before you finalize your order (there will be one line titled “duties & taxes”). All orders will have an import duty applied, which is generally 15%, and applicable HST, GST and PST (depending on province) as required by the Canadian government. By placing your order with us, you authorize CostumeHub.com to appoint a Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance for your merchandise and to remit applicable duties and taxes on your behalf to Revenue Canada. This means you will not be charged any duties, taxes or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Zip, zero, none! All of these fees are covered at the time of checkout and are included in your order total.
Remote Delivery Surcharge:
99% of the time we do not charge a remote delivery surcharge to our Canadian customers, however due to the remote nature of some Northern Canadian provinces (Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut) shipments to these areas may be subject to a $20.00 USD remote delivery surcharge. This fee is imposed by our shipping partner UPS and not us. We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause you. In the rare case that a delivery surcharge does apply to your shipping address it will be displayed on the final order review page along with all applicable duties and taxes.
