Description
These ruby red shoe covers slip over your own shoes and fit most adult womens shoe sizes up to a size 8. Shoe cover has elastic strap on the bottom to go around the underside of your shoe, and a Velcro closure in the back near the heel. We recommend that you wear these with a relatively sleek style of shoe (they wont fit around tennis shoes). An officially licensed Wizard Of Oz accessory.
